You have survived 100% of your bad days.
We hold ourselves to incredibly high standards. Expectations beyond what we'd expect from others in our lives. And when we aren't as productive as we'd like or when we have a "bad day", we are so hard on ourselves. Rather than giving ourselves the grace and compassion to allow ourselves to move through whatever we are going through, we criticize and critique ourselves.
