Mindfulness Series

I am honored to announce a collaboration with Empowered Equines in York. We are offering a Mindfulness Series of 4 workshops that are rooted in mindfulness & self-care.

Each workshop is listed below with a description and a clickable link to the booking page. Proceeds from each ticket will be donated to Empowered Equines.

Mindfulness Planting

This unique experience includes a guided meditation session followed by mindful planting. This workshop is the perfect opportunity to ground yourself and experience the healing power of nature. Practice the power of being mindfully present within a group setting. All levels welcome.
