I am so honored to be able to offer individual Reiki sessions. Each session is tailored to meet the unique and individual needs of the client. Access to tools such as Tarot/Oracle Cards, crystals, and/or aromatherapy are available for each session.

REIKI FOR TWO

Unwind and reconnect with a Reiki for Two session. This unique experience is perfect for strengthening your connection with your partner, friend, or family member. Reiki promotes harmony, balance, and energy flow, making it ideal for those looking to deepen their relationships and find balance in their lives. Whether you're looking to reconnect, strengthen your bond, or simply realign your energies with a loved one, parent, friend, or just looking for a meaningful experience with someone special, this session is designed to bring you closer and promote healing in your relationship.

MINDFULNESS COACHING 

Perhaps you want to be more mindful throughout your day but have no idea how to start? Or the overwhelm of life's responsibilities has you feeling like you're juggling everything in a daze?

 

Book an individual session where together we explore various mindfulness techniques to integrate throughout your day to help ease everyday stress and overwhelm. If desired, we can also create a meditation practice with intention that you can build into your own life schedule. We’ll explore how meditation can help you live a happier and healthier lifestyle.
